Our inclusive projects
We offer a variety of cycling and outdoor activities, each designed with unique benefits to help you grow, connect and thrive. Whether you're a seasoned rider or just starting, there's something for everyone.
Social rides
Our Community Rides are designed to bring people together through a shared love of cycling and the outdoors. Open to all ages, abilities, and backgrounds, these friendly and inclusive rides provide a welcoming environment where participants can build confidence, improve wellbeing, make new friends, and explore local trails and green spaces.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to cycling after a break, or simply looking to enjoy a relaxed ride with like-minded people, our Community Rides offer a supportive and social experience. By removing barriers to participation and encouraging positive outdoor activity, we’re helping to create healthier, happier, and more connected communities through the power of cycling.
Youth projects
Our Youth Development programme is designed to help young people build cycling skills, confidence, and resilience in a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment. Through structured coaching, guided rides, and outdoor activities, participants develop bike handling skills while learning valuable life skills such as perseverance, teamwork, decision-making, and self-belief.
By encouraging healthy outdoor habits and positive social connections, we help young riders grow in confidence, stay active, and develop a lifelong love for cycling and the outdoors.
Women's rides
Our Women’s Rides provide a friendly, supportive environment for women of all abilities to enjoy cycling together. Whether you’re new to riding, returning after a break, or looking to meet like-minded cyclists, these rides focus on confidence, enjoyment, and connection rather than competition.
Led by experienced ride leaders, participants can develop skills, explore local routes, improve fitness and wellbeing, and build confidence on the bike. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and welcoming community where everyone feels comfortable and supported.
Our aim is to help more women experience the physical, mental, and social benefits of cycling while building friendships and enjoying the outdoors.
Volunteer
Join us on one of our volunteer days and help make a lasting difference to local cycling facilities and outdoor spaces. Our volunteer sessions bring together people from all backgrounds who share a passion for the outdoors, community, and creating better places to ride.
Whether you’re experienced in trail building or completely new to it, everyone is welcome. Volunteers help with trail maintenance, habitat management, site improvements, inspections, and community projects that benefit riders and local residents alike
Volunteering is a great way to learn new skills, meet like-minded people, give back to your community, and play a direct role in creating safe, sustainable, and enjoyable outdoor spaces for future generations.
No previous experience is required, just enthusiasm, suitable outdoor clothing, and a willingness to get involved. Together, we can build stronger communities and better places to ride.
Open to everyone
Our programmes are open to everyone, regardless of age**, ability or experience. We particularly aim to support young people, families, beginners, underrepresented groups and anyone looking to improve their wellbeing.
